Similar to the propclipping, you can clip Out of Bounds using your own playermodel. Basically, you have to hit your own player model and crouch, then save/load. You can do this glitch using portals in "triangle" walls in a way that you hit your own playermodel. Saveloading will act like propclipping and push you down and you can clip Out of Bounds.

Unfortunately, this glitch isn't useful in Portal maps, since the "triangle" walls is rare in this game and doesn't win time at all.
