Anything you want to add here (about yourself)?
I will speedgame for money

Your nickname (story behind it)?
I've used several different nicknames in the past but I'm not entirely sure why I stuck with this name. I was in need of a nickname for the SDA irc and this is was what I came up with. Cool, eh

Your config (key bindings, etc)?
800x600 OpenGL Window mode
sensitivity 2.8
1920x1080 Desktop resolution

I'm using the standard movement setup with a few tweaks;

mwheelup +duck
mwheeldown +jump
G, H, J, & K for FPS binds
Z - B, number keys + mouse4 & mouse5 for weapon binds

Size of (Gold)Source directory on your HD?
It's not that large unfortunately, roughly 15gb of both goldsrc & source thangs. I was running on a ghetto computer with windows 2000 up until 2 years ago with a tiny hard drive which made it hard to collect demos and games.

Computer specs (processor/videocard/mouse etc)?
AMD Athlon II X4 635 2.90 GHz
ATI Radeon HD 5700
Logitech MX518
Edge Tactical Gaming Mousepad resting on top of a QPAD CT 4mm large (s!ck)

First contact to speedrunning (when, how etc.)?
I downloaded -think.circle-'s run from the file archive on fragbite.com which led me to speeddemosarchive.com

First speedrunning demo?
HL1_SoftwareMode33fps_Speedrun2005.dem

Favorite speedrun(s) from yourself (the one(s) that you're most proud of)?
Mega Man in 19:56 is my favorite run so far. I'm quite satisfied with my Opposing Force Easy no scripts SS in 27:19 too (except for the ugly hiccups at the very end). Can't say I'm too satisfied with my 39:53 Half-Life (capped, no scripts) run but it's extremely difficult to get a fast, deathless run. The run got the job done and renewed some interest in the game which I'm glad it did.

Favorite speedrun(s) from others?
HLSS in 32:55 by quvu
The new OP4 & BS segmented runs
QuakeSS in 13:46 by Connor Fitzgerald
HL2DQ
Rockman 2 in 27:21 by nou1
Super Metroid (14%) in 0:44 by Hotarubi

I'm pretty much a fan of any Half-Life and Quake run and demo out there, I find it really interesting to see how the games have developed over the years.

Favorite player (runs/100%/marathon/coop)?
quvu/quad/quadrazid
-think.circle-
Spider-Waffle

Favorite PS2 Player:
SuperFrizzio

Favorite trick in a speedrun?
Orange: Infinite Health Door glitch
Green: M249 SAW recoil boosting
Blue: Getting past the dual meat grinder without blowing it up
HL2: Flying

Honorable mentions: HL: Decay change jump bug, object boosting & NPC door glitchin'.

Most difficult thing ever done in a speedrun?
Doing single-segment full game runs of Half-Life and its expansions. It's extremely easy to lose a run in an instant and the game became much harder than I initially thought it would be.

Most annoying monster/map?
monster_bigmomma
c2a5f

What other games than (Gold)Source do you like?
I'm a huge fan of the NES and its amazing library of games. I frequently speedrun various NES & Famicom games.

Anything else you want to add here?
Stay tuned for more single-segment runs from me!
