First contact to speedrunning (when, how etc.)?
I first got into speedrunning around 2004/2005 when I first saw RandomEngy's 45 min HL run. Back then I kept doing amateur Blue-Shift runs over and over again.

Blue-Shift, Stalker CoP

Everything HL related ;)


Favorite player (runs/100%/marathon/coop)?
quadrazid (as HL runs are the ones I'm mainly interested in). Also I liked watching Poxnor at the last SDA marathon when he ran my favourite game ever, Final Fantasy 8. Cool guy.


Favorite trick in a speedrun?
Double triggerskip combined with an immediate object boost at the level 'Duty Calls' of the current 25 min Blue-Shift run ;]


Most difficult thing ever done in a speedrun?
I have no idea.


Most annoying monster/map?
In Half-Life, none actually. There's no monster in hl that TRULY annoys me, the enemies are actually well balanced.


What other games than (Gold)Source do you like?
Final Fantasy 8 & 9, STALKER series, Metro 2033, L4D series, Secret of Evermore, probably a few more that I can't think of / remember right now.
