Selfgauss

Selfgauss is a trick where a player shoots a certain wall and deals damage for himself instead. It's extremely deadly both in Multiplayer and Singleplayer, so it's only recommended to use it if the Infinite Health Door has been used to gain health. In speedruns, you can use selfgauss to get vertical damage jumps.

How-to

Simply shoot a Wallgauss-protected wall with gauss secondary fire and you'll receive damage which will lift you upwards a bit. If you jump and then shoot, you'll get a decent boost upwards.

• In Adrenaline Gamer, there's a command ag_gauss_fix 1 which disables selfgauss.
